I am developing the early stages of Mind Portal, an interactive experience that transforms smartphones – often symbols of distraction and isolation – into elements of an evolving digital mandala. The goal is to create an interactive experience that invites people to slow down and rediscover the present moment. By lending one’s smartphone, its function is transformed from an individual tool to one that serves the collective.

The system is based on TouchDesigner for real-time image management and processing, leveraging Stable Diffusion models to generate dynamic and ever-changing visuals. Through an app for iOS and Android mobile devices, built specifically with Unity, each smartphone placed in the exhibition space receives an NDI stream and becomes an active fragment of the installation, contributing to the construction of a shared digital organism.

I am currently testing this idea, with the goal of soon turning it into an installation open to the public.
